This demand translates into an unprecedented demand for locations to house antennas and other wireless network equipment to serve a market which shows no signs of slowing down.

Owners of suitable sites stand to profit from this by renting out their rooftops or land to mobile operators. Our objective is to deliver the fastest cycle times in the industry from enquiry to network integration.

Site owners can simplify the process significantly by working together with Deeside. With our unique approach to site-sharing, gets you the maximum revenue from your site. According to your plans for your site and its suitability, we offer the following site options:

1. SELLING
   
   If you would like to sell your site outright, you can negotiate a price with us, subject to your site being a suitable antenna location.
   
   
2. LEASING
   
   If you would like to receive a fixed income from your site, you can lease it exclusively to Deeside. We will market the site, but you will be responsible for all site maintenance and invoicing.
   
   
3. MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING
   
   If you would like to maximise the income from your site, you can allow Deeside to market and manage it for you. There is no initial outlay. The level of income you receive will be dependent on the number of mobile operators using the site and will be subject to an agreed management percentage.
   
   
4. WE ARE TECHNOLIGY NEUTRAL
   
   We are focused on provision of site infrastructure and offer our sites to a range of cellular, PMR, broadband, broadcast and emergency service networks. Through further development of our network and harnessing our land bank we aim to play a leading role in the provision of sites to the wireless broadband sector.
   
   
5. ONLINE ACCESS FOR OPERATORS
   
   We are one of the first in the APAC zone to offer an integrated site access system. The ‘On-line Controlled Access Management System’ (OCAMS) was developed to service all of our sites and sites on third party land. This ensures an efficient and effective deployment of field and maintenance staff and communications between all parties.
